Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with experience leading a team of 4 or more engineers and acting as the technical owner of a project. You should have strong experience with AWS Platform DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, and Deployment. I expect demonstrable experience in automating operations tasks with scripting languages and proficiency in creating and maintaining production software delivery pipelines using common CI/CD tools such as AWS DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or CircleCI. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (like Terraform and CloudFormation) is essential. You should possess a drive for self-improvement, an eagerness to learn new programming languages, and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization, leveraging cloud-native products to build bespoke applications from scratch.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will spend most of your time on client work, focusing on delivering high-quality technology solutions. I need you to work collaboratively with users to create minimum viable products that are ready for use. You will take a holistic approach to engineering that addresses technology, process, and structure, ensuring a lasting impact. Additionally, you will engage in internal projects, training, and development to expand your expertise and contribute to our company's growth. You will operate within a flexible hybrid working model, balancing remote work with on-site presence at client locations or local offices.

This is a full-time role, with a hybrid working model requiring 3 days on-site. The ideal candidate will have additional desirable skills, such as experience supporting and operating production systems, familiarity with configuration management tooling (like Ansible), and Python coding skills.
