Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 and modern SaaS platforms. You should possess a strong understanding of IT and information security best practices, as well as experience in handling device management, patching, and endpoint protection. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 is essential. Excellent documentation and communication skills, along with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset, are also important. Desirable qualifications include experience with tools like Intune or JAMF, or relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security and Microsoft 365 Administration.
Responsibilities
As the Security & IT Lead, you will own IT operations and information security across our business. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for building and implementing an IT & Security roadmap that aligns with our business and compliance goals. You will oversee Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related SaaS environments, manage device setup, patching, endpoint protection, and user access controls. Additionally, you will maintain compliance with frameworks such as Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001, investigate incidents, assess risks, and foster a culture of security-first thinking. You will develop and implement IT and information security policies and procedures while leading by example in this hands-on role.
