Must:
I am looking for candidates who are fully eligible to work in the UK and can travel to the office three days per week. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Service Delivery and knowledge management systems, along with prior experience in a similar role. Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management frameworks is essential. Additionally, an analytical mindset, along with excellent communication and documentation skills, is necessary. Proven ability to lead training sessions and drive process improvements will also be important.
Responsibilities
As the IT Service Delivery Lead, you will monitor and enhance the quality of IT ticketing processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a centralised knowledge base, identifying and implementing process improvements across service workflows, and delivering training and support to IT teams on best practices. Additionally, you will analyse performance metrics and drive service enhancements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring issues.
