- A track record of scoping work properly and setting expectations before development begins
- The ability to work confidently with non-technical teams
- SQL knowledge
- A problem-solving mindset that prioritises long-term fixes over quick wins
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of Proclaim development work, from early conversations through to delivery
- Leading structured discussions with operational, legal and senior stakeholders to understand real-world problems, not surface symptoms
- Developing and supporting Proclaim in a live, high-usage environment where reliability is critical
- Building workflows that improve efficiency and data quality without adding unnecessary complexity
- Writing and refining SQL to support reporting and operational insight
- Providing clear, commercially grounded technical input during change initiatives
