We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role and possess an in-depth knowledge of process design and business process management. Proficiency in creating process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to illustrate complex processes is essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to assess processes and identify areas for improvement using data analysis and statistical techniques. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are necessary to develop feasible solutions.
We're seeking individuals who can define, document, and successfully deliver continuous improvement change initiatives. A good understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma techniques, with a minimum of Green Belt Lean certification or equivalent, is required. Additionally, experience in providing formal and informal development on continuous improvement tools and techniques is highly desirable.
Finally, excellent planning and organizational skills are important, along with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Candidates should show adaptability and flexibility in their approach, as well as experience in leading workshops, coaching, and delivering learning activities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills are crucial, as is the ability to influence colleagues at all levels and across different functions.
Responsibilities
In this role, the Continuous Improvement Analyst will play a key part in delivering a new capability that will transform how we support the business in creating change to improve processes and efficiency. You will lead workshops, coach team members, and deliver learning activities focused on continuous improvement tools and techniques. You will assess processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement feasible solutions that align with our business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, working across boundaries to achieve results while managing relationships effectively. Your expertise will guide the successful delivery of continuous improvement change initiatives, ensuring that we meet our strategic goals.
Description
This position is an initial 2.5-month contract based in Southampton, with the flexibility to work 1 to 2 days per week. The rate for this position is £290 per day, classified as outside IR35.
