Requirements
Must:
- You must have a 1st class honours or high 2.1 degree from a top university in Computer Science or a subject with significant Computer Science content.
- A minimum of AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points is required.
- You should be competent in coding using any main programming language (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#) and possess a keen willingness to learn new languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- We expect an absolute willingness to learn, along with a proactive nature when it comes to asking questions to expand your knowledge.
- You should have a natural ability to quickly pick up and learn new technologies.
- Any experience with Golang, Docker, CI/CD, or Kotlin would be beneficial.
- Ideally, you will have a GitHub profile and/or examples of personal programming projects.
Responsibilities
- You will develop software solutions to meet our needs.
- It’s your responsibility to ensure your code is well-designed, easily maintainable, and thoroughly tested.
- Participation in code reviews will be part of your role.
- You will be involved in designing technical solutions.
- Supporting the architecture design will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Presenting technical ideas to the team will be essential.
