Requirements
Must:
- I ideally seek candidates with at least 1 year of front-end development experience; however, I will consider exceptional graduates, such as those with a 1st class degree from a top university and A*A*A at A Level.
- Experience in a start-up or SME is preferred.
- A strong academic background is essential, including a 2.1 or first class STEM degree and at least AAB at A Level (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in either TypeScript or React is a must.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Vue, Node, Yarn, Kotlin, and Swift would be beneficial.
- I value strong problem-solving abilities and a natural inclination to quickly pick up new technologies.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to design and refine user interfaces that are responsive, inclusive, efficient, and scalable.
- You will enhance frontend systems, development tools, and workflows on an ongoing basis.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to shape and implement new functionality will be key.
- I want you to focus on improving code quality with an emphasis on speed, stability, and long-term maintenance.
- It is important to support a team environment that values learning and continuous enhancement.
