We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with proven experience in React, React Native, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and MySQL. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of proven full-stack development experience and a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development. A track record of delivering projects on time with precision is essential. You should have the ability to work independently, problem-solve without reliance on AI-generated solutions, and possess strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary, and you must be willing to work on-site full-time.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer, you will maintain, enhance, and expand existing applications built in React, React Native, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and MySQL. You will develop and deploy scalable web and cross-platform mobile applications while working closely with internal teams to translate requirements into efficient and robust code. It's important to ensure that all work meets speed, accuracy, and quality standards, as patchy or delayed work will not be acceptable. You will also meet daily and weekly development targets that align with project and client requirements, support the integration of AI-driven functionalities into existing models and platforms, and write clean, secure, and maintainable code with thorough testing and documentation. You will need to stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems.
