Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a rule breaker who thinks differently, innovates constantly, and thrives in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment. You must have:
- Proven experience delivering SAP CAR POSDTA projects and support.
- The technical know-how to configure and enhance SAP CAR.
- The ability to translate complex technical language into plain English.
- Confidence to influence key stakeholders and drive results.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience managing global, multi-cultural teams.
- A background in SAP BW, SAP SD, or SAP Retail with POSDTA.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own the SAP CAR design from implementation to build.
- Handle hands-on SAP CAR/POSDTA customization and configuration.
- Write functional specifications and review high-impact developments.
- Support SAP PMR for promotions management.
- Engage in data modeling in a native HANA environment.
- Design and integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.

You'll join a close-knit team of 3 consultants, yet also be part of a larger SAP powerhouse, collaborating with over 80 experts who leverage the latest SAP tech and methodologies.
