Requirements
Must:
- Extensive Oracle development experience, with strong PL/SQL programming capabilities
- Proven background working on financial applications or within the financial services sector
- Solid understanding of Windows-based client and server applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio / C# (a plus, not essential)
- Comfortable working in structured Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving improvements
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Oracle PL/SQL development work aligned with evolving project requirements
- Enhance and support existing financial applications within an Agile development environment
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and testers to design, develop, and validate new features
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide effective production support
- Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Maintain technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence
- Ensure all changes adhere to compliance, change management, and Agile standards
