Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including both declarative and Apex/LWC skills. You should have proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Familiarity with Salesforce Industries/Vlocity (Omniscripts, EPC, Integration Procedures) is highly desirable. I expect you to be comfortable using Git or a similar version control system and have strong integration experience, especially with APIs and external systems. Excellent communication skills are a must, as I need you to be a collaborative and proactive team player.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with solution architects to shape and decompose technical designs. You will be responsible for delivering sprint commitments to high-quality and maintainable standards. Additionally, you will contribute to the technical roadmap and innovation backlog, including spikes. Conducting code reviews, driving quality, and supporting testing/integration activities will also be part of your responsibilities. I expect you to mentor junior developers and promote continuous improvement across the team.
Description
This position is based in Windsor, with a hybrid working model of 4 days remote and 1 day onsite each week. It is a 6-month contract role with a day rate between £500 and £550, inside IR35. You will join a forward-thinking delivery team that is modernizing a major enterprise platform and replacing the legacy SAP CRM with the latest Salesforce tech stack.
