Requirements
Must:
We are seeking an IT support professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT Service Desk or Deskside support role. You should have experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 11, and MS Exchange, along with knowledge of hardware support, including laptops, monitors, and mobile devices. Experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
In this exciting role with our leading global law firm, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support across a wide range of technology systems. You will work collaboratively within our IT Services team in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Your primary focus will be to ensure our technology systems operate smoothly and our users receive the assistance they need.
