Requirements
Must:
- Good knowledge of data tables and relationships.
- Excellent Power BI skills and proficiency in transforming data & developing reports in Excel & Power BI.
- Experience working with and analyzing operational delivery databases.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with staff at all levels throughout the organization.
- Capable of organizing one’s own workload, including setting priorities and meeting deadlines and service standards.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and in an appropriate format.
- Ability to interpret data and identify issues requiring further investigation.
Responsibilities
As part of our Asset team, you'll focus on ensuring data accuracy and consistency. You will collaborate with colleagues in teams such as Repairs, Compliance, and Investment Programmes, gathering and structuring data to meet our customer satisfaction targets. Reporting directly to the Senior Performance Analyst, you'll assist in creating reports and dashboards to provide meaningful intelligence and actionable insights. Your work may involve optimizing scheduling and resource allocation, contributing to our strategic decisions for better outcomes for our customers.
