Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in business application support, specifically with COINS or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Finance, Commercial, or Construction modules within ERP systems.
- Experience in system configuration, user training, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain business applications, primarily COINS.
- Provide escalated support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents within SLAs.
- Manage upgrades and system improvements, collaborating closely with third-party vendors.
- Optimize workflows and user access, ensuring security and compliance.
- Deliver training and documentation to ensure end users maximize the system's functionality.
- Collaborate with business teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
