Description

We are an innovative fintech scale-up transforming digital payment infrastructure. With significant growth and investment, we are building out a new Engineering Productivity function designed to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality across our platforms. This is a high-impact role for a software engineer who is curious about stepping away from feature delivery into a space where your work will make every engineer more effective. This isn't a traditional testing or automation role; instead, you'll be part of a new function that focuses on building frameworks, tools, and applications that enable engineering teams to deliver faster, better, and with greater confidence. If you have ever enjoyed writing mocks, simulators, or automation that smooths out others' work, this position is where you can turn that passion into your career focus. Enjoy fully remote working, a competitive salary of up to £75k, an annual bonus, and the opportunity to pivot your development career in a unique direction while focusing on engineering excellence, productivity, and quality.
