Requirements
Must:
I require that you have experience working on multiple NetSuite integration programs. You should be well-versed in managing data migration activities and applying data governance principles to ensure data quality and compliance. I also expect you to have experience working in agile delivery environments, including translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate across finance, sales, and IT teams to align integration outcomes with our business goals.
Responsibilities
I will need you to define and document both business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment of integration goals with our strategic objectives. You will lead data mapping, transformation logic, and data governance activities across the Salesforce and NetSuite platforms. Collaboration with stakeholders to design sync rules, exception handling, and process flows for seamless system integration will be part of your role. Additionally, you will develop test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure that integration outcomes meet our business needs through structured validation.
Description
This is an exciting opportunity for growth within our organization as we aim to improve customer experience and increase productivity through our CRM transformation. The position is hybrid, based in London, requiring you to be on-site 1-2 days per week. The contract is for 6 months at a day rate of £500, outside of IR35.
