Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on development and configuration experience in ServiceNow. You should have experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations, a basic understanding of the project life-cycle, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum working styles. ITSM experience and knowledge in Service Portal development and integration are essential. Ideally, you should hold one of the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet the needs of our banking client. You will work with agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions, participate in project lifecycle activities, and ensure that our ServiceNow implementations align with best practices.
Description
This position is based in Manchester or Edinburgh, with a flexible work-from-home arrangement, requiring you to be on-site just one day a week at your nearest office. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000, depending on experience, along with 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays, significant investment in training and certifications, a generous pension offering, and other work-related benefits.
