Requirements
Must:
- 1 A Levels (grade A-C) or a Level 3 BTEC Qualification (MMM or above).
- 5 GCSEs (grade A-C including English and Maths) or equivalent.
Responsibilities
As a Trainee at Fujitsu, you will:
- Receive Networking Infrastructure training through our specialist training provider and gain Level 3 Networking Infrastructure certification.
- Attend Belfast Met one day a week to study while you earn.
- Experience training and development in both soft skills and technical skills.
- Be part of a high-performing team tasked with supporting large-scale infrastructure platforms, including OS management, cloud management, enterprise backup management, and storage management.
- Involve yourself in incident management and planned change activities.
- Work with multiple customer accounts in both the private and public sectors.
- Collaborate with experienced technical engineers to deliver a first-class, customer-centric support service via best practices.
- Carry out routine support tasks, administrative functions, problem investigations, and resolutions while providing advice and guidance to customers.
- Support Microsoft Operating Systems and develop an understanding of customer environments and service delivery requirements.
- Take ownership of listening to and understanding basic customer issues, ensuring to follow escalation processes as necessary.
- Be a team player and a supportive member of the team.
