Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You should possess strong C# development skills to support bespoke plugin and workflow development. Additionally, a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential for developing custom interfaces. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, MS SQL, and both on-premises and cloud-hosted databases is also required. Familiarity with Azure Integrated Services would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will influence the design and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions alongside the CRM Solution Architect to meet the needs of our customers and maximize the benefits of using Dynamics 365 CE. You will play a key role in our transformation projects, particularly in migrating clients' current on-premises CRM solutions to Dynamics 365 CE. Collaboration with a multi-skilled team, including the CRM Solution Architect and development team, will be crucial as we deliver strategic projects. You will be responsible for providing technical and functional design documentation to support development and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, you will offer technical support for the current on-premise CRM solution, ensuring adherence to best practices by using approved development standards to protect our investment in Dynamics 365.
