Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience administering Dynamics 365 CE/CRM in large enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of D365 CE architecture, configuration, security model, and customization tools.
- Proficiency in Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- I will manage and configure Dynamics 365 CE environments, including sandbox and production instances.
- I will customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, workforce, business process flows, and security roles.
- I will manage user accounts, licenses, roles, and permissions to maintain security and compliance.
- I will provide day-to-day support to end users and troubleshoot issues.
- I will oversee integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, BI tools, etc.).
- I will manage data import/export processes and data cleansing.
