Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, specifically with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Logic Apps. You should have experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment with responsibilities related to automation and integration. Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or JavaScript is essential. Additionally, knowledge of automation governance, security, and compliance is highly valued. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for developing and innovating within the Power Platform and Automation space. Desirable qualifications include Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, AZ-204), experience with Power BI, Azure Functions, or RPA tools, and a background in large-scale IT environments or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (both Cloud and Desktop) and Azure Logic Apps. Your role will involve building secure and scalable automation solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365 and third-party APIs. You will also develop responsive apps with Power Apps and manage data models. Collaborating with Business Analysts and Engagement Partners, you will gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will provide technical support, documentation, and training to facilitate the adoption of automation tools. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows for reliability, scalability, and compliance will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to standards, reusable components, and best practices while participating in agile delivery, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

This is a hybrid position, requiring an average of 3 days in the office weekly, and is offered as a fixed-term contract for 3 years.
