Requirements
Must:
We expect you to have a solid understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies, along with experience working in an Agile environment. It is essential for you to hold an appropriate business analyst certification. Additionally, you should possess:
- Experience in applying business analysis tools and techniques
- Good communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both your peers and management-level colleagues
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within asset management
- Experience with investments data and data platforms
- A broad understanding of the application landscape within the asset management domain, with detailed knowledge of Aladdin and data platforms

Responsibilities
In your new role as an Asset Management Business Analyst, you will be taking on a critical position in supporting our bank to achieve customer satisfaction by understanding both internal and external technology customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing business requirements to inform future state design and assisting teams in understanding these requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy
- Building, managing, and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions
- Supporting others to articulate ideas and requirements in formats necessary for the team, such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrations
- Capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles
- Interacting with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs
- Analyzing existing system documentation to summarize current system functionality related to the tasks at hand
- Supporting the identification of team priorities based on feedback from customers, key stakeholders, and the team
- Aiding in the selection of vendors for partnership on solutions and writing and reviewing Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals
- Leveraging your investment experience to contribute innovative ideas to our technology and business strategy
