Asset Management Business Analyst

In your new role as an Asset Management Business Analyst, you will be taking on a critical position in supporting our bank to achieve customer satisfaction by understanding both internal and external technology customer needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Producing business requirements to inform future state design and assisting teams in understanding these requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy - Building, managing, and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions - Supporting others to articulate ideas and requirements in formats necessary for the team, such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrations - Capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles - Interacting with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs - Analyzing existing system documentation to summarize current system functionality related to the tasks at hand - Supporting the identification of team priorities based on feedback from customers, key stakeholders, and the team - Aiding in the selection of vendors for partnership on solutions and writing and reviewing Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals - Leveraging your investment experience to contribute innovative ideas to our technology and business strategy
