Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Several years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of Service Provider Management (SPM).
- A consulting background is preferred.
- Certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
- ITSM Implementation Specialist certification.
- SPM or HR certification/specialization.
- Strong platform competency, capable of building APIs and producing documentation.
- Experience working effectively in Agile environments.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work effectively.
- Comfortable with well-defined user stories and standard sprint ceremonies.
- I require that you have been a resident of the UK for at least the past 3 years.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to:
- Work independently without requiring handholding.
- Deliver against well-defined user stories during Agile sprints.
- Build APIs, produce documentation, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Description
The position is for an initial duration of 6 months, located in South Manchester with a hybrid work model that allows for flexible onsite requirements. This role is classified as Outside IR35. We are looking for a highly skilled, self-sufficient ServiceNow Developer who can make an immediate impact as we transition our ServiceNow capability in-house.
