Requirements
Must:
We are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 1-3 years of commercial experience developing reports or analytics using BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar. A strong background in SQL/MySQL and database skills is essential, specifically in query development to extract data. You should also have experience administering cloud services within BI tools to enable collaboration both internally and with customers. Experience in report building with Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Quadbase ERES, or similar tools is advantageous. Additionally, we value candidates who can build strong relationships with customers, lead and present communications, and facilitate conversations effectively. A technical mindset with a strong understanding of software complexities is also crucial.
Responsibilities
In this diverse role, you will manage the full lifecycle of BI engagement, which includes the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support of report and analytics packages to meet agreed requirements. Your responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and administering internal reporting packages in Power BI. You will work closely with customer representatives to analyze and document their specific reporting, analytics, and integration requirements. Furthermore, you will support the creation of integration packages that enable our customers to import, export, and transform their data quickly and efficiently.
