Requirements
Must:
- I require at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
- I expect advanced SQL and Excel capabilities for data interrogation.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are essential.
- I seek clear communicators who can bridge business and technical teams.
- I prefer candidates with experience working independently in fast-paced project environments.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to write and run SQL queries to analyse and reconcile data across systems.
- You will evaluate complex data and logic across high-impact regulatory initiatives.
- I will rely on you to liaise with business users to ensure requirements are well understood and translated into technical solutions.
- You will develop documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and test cases, and support UAT cycles.
- Maintaining quality control and ensuring data integrity before stakeholder reporting will be a key part of your role.
- I expect you to manage and coordinate tasks and milestones across multiple workstreams.
- You will identify and escalate project risks as necessary.

This position is part of a high-performing transformation team within a global financial institution, focused on delivering critical regulatory and cross-business change initiatives for the Markets division. You will work as a key member of the Markets Program Execution & Transformation - Data Acquisition team, concentrating on analysing, delivering, and supporting complex data solutions across various regulatory and discretionary projects.
