Requirements
Must:
- I have experience with multiple versions of SharePoint.
- I possess knowledge of ITIL processes for best practice application management.
- I understand application development and promotion into multiple environments.
- I have experience managing stakeholders and using third-party tools such as Nintex, K2, Sharegate, and Linkfixer.
- I am capable of handling multiple stakeholders and adapting to changing priorities effectively.
- I demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills.
- I have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- I am highly organized and detail-conscious, with a collaborative work ethic.
- I hold ITIL Foundation or relevant ITIL Intermediate training (desirable) and have Microsoft MS900 and AZ900 certifications (mandatory).
Responsibilities
- I will work alongside Squad Leads, Business Engagement Leads, and stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable work packages.
- I will adapt plans based on prioritization to meet changing demands.
- I will investigate, define, and resolve complex technical issues, providing solutions within agile frameworks.
- I will communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- I will influence customers and contribute my expertise in the field.
- I will ensure high performance levels and implement improvement activities as needed.
- I will lead workshops, provide demonstrations, and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
- I will maintain effective working relationships with team members, users, and customers to ensure user needs are met throughout the process.
