Requirements
Must:
- I have 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or I have equivalent experience.
- I possess Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II or other certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- I will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, which include Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- I will integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and other systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
- I will configure Salesforce to support business processes, including workflow rules, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects.
- I will ensure the platform's stability by performing data and system maintenance, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
- I will optimize Salesforce performance and recommend best practices to improve functionality and scalability.
- I will develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- I will stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements, features, and certifications.
