Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in systems administration or a similar role.
- Strong data handling and recording capabilities.
- Ability to provide effective training to operatives on management systems.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external teams.
- Attention to detail for document preparation and proofing.
- Knowledge of systems security and confidentiality procedures.
- Proficient in using management software and tools.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will support the Commercial Manager and Digital Systems Manager by:
- Accurately handling and recording data in a consistent and timely manner.
- Training operatives on the use of management systems.
- Ensuring effective application of our company’s management systems by the teams.
- Providing teams with access to relevant systems needed for their roles.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure operatives have timely access to necessary systems.
- Improving, implementing, and maintaining systems management in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.
- Communicating with operatives to ensure proper application of system management practices.
- Preparing documents and presentations for system reports, briefings, and meetings.
- Maintaining all Management Systems reporting and data documentation for reviews, audits, or client evaluations.
- Conducting administrative support duties such as room bookings, calendar entries, printing, and reception cover.
Description
