Must:
I am looking for a Senior Optical System Engineer who has practical experience in developing and testing optical communication systems at 100Gbps and above. You should have knowledge of OLT/ONT PON system testing and integration, as well as expertise in burst-mode transceiver testing. A good understanding of equalization methods, including CTLE, FFE, and DFE, is essential to improve high-speed link performance. Additionally, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and C# is required, along with experience in high-speed PCB design.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will create and run test plans for high-speed optical transceivers from prototype through to production. You will carry out both electrical and optical testing of transceivers, focusing on burst-mode transmission and reception. Furthermore, you will enhance receiver performance by fine-tuning equalization and assessing link quality.
