Oracle Developer

As an Oracle Developer, you will deliver changes to established financial applications according to project requirements. You will work collaboratively within our development team, sharing ideas, performing code reviews, and assisting where necessary. Providing production support for applications will involve troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and conducting root cause analysis. You will work from written specifications or JIRA stories, refining solutions in a structured environment. Collaborating with analysts to refine requirements and define changes while assisting testers in functional testing of changes will be part of your role. Additionally, you will maintain documentation and the knowledge base within JIRA and Confluence. We expect you to demonstrate problem-solving skills, take initiative, and manage tasks independently. You will also ensure timely and high-quality development work to maintain stable operations while adhering to BMW Group requirements, including Agile Working Model standards, compliance, and change management processes.
