Requirements
Must:
We require strong expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics technology stack and data models. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with data modeling and data migration strategies, as well as the ability to map data models across different platforms. Prior experience working in an agile environment is essential. A good understanding of Salesforce and its data structure is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and the capability to work on time-sensitive projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will develop and optimize the data model of the existing Microsoft Dynamics database. You will map and integrate data models between Microsoft Dynamics and other technology stacks, including Salesforce. Leading and executing data migration strategies to ensure data integrity and consistency will be crucial. You’ll collaborate closely with Salesforce teams to facilitate smooth data integration, work within an agile framework contributing to sprints, and ensure timely deliverables. Effective communication with stakeholders to provide status updates and address challenges is a key part of your role. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with data governance and best practices in data modeling.
