Must:
We are looking for an IT Business Partner with 3 to 4 years of experience or an experienced IT Business Analyst ready to transition into this role. You should have hands-on experience with Data & Analytics and AI, specifically with tools like Copilot. Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver Data & Analytics and AI solutions is essential. Proficiency in Power BI is required, as you will need the ability to create dashboards for functional level needs. A background in FMCG, CPG, or the Manufacturing sector is desirable, along with a proven track record in business case development and value KPI definition for new initiatives.
Responsibilities
As our IT Business Partner, you will bridge the gap between IT, technology, and business functions with a primary focus on Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will drive digital enablement using Data & Analytics and AI tools, specifically pushing for the adoption and enhancement of Power BI across these core functions. Your role will involve supporting the alignment to the Global AI Roadmap and driving the effective rollout of Data & Analytics and AI enterprise projects in collaboration with our Global IT team. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering automation opportunities, translating business needs into IT initiatives, and managing the local vendor relationships effectively. Stakeholder management will be key, as you will engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
Description
To succeed in this role, you will leverage your experience in supporting end-user training for AI tools like Copilot and overseeing the rationalization and simplification of the local Data & Analytics and AI portfolio. You will enable user adoption through training, communication, and change management activities. Your ability to understand evolving priorities will help us take proactive action plans to support our changing needs. Collaboration with local and global teams will be crucial in your effort to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
