Must:
We are looking for a candidate with previous commercial experience in data analysis and/or Business Intelligence. Strong SQL and Power BI skills are essential, and experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) will be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a BI Analyst/Developer, you will partner with teams across our organization to gather requirements and create effective, visually appealing reports using Power BI. You will also have the opportunity to build intuitive Canvas Apps in Power Apps to replace manual or paper-based tasks with digital workflows. Additionally, you will contribute to the adoption of these solutions through training, documentation, and user support.

Data and data-driven decision-making are at the heart of this fantastic business, which has grown strength-to-strength in recent years and is one of the largest private sector employers outside of Belfast. You will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of data solutions that drive strategic decisions across the organization. By transforming complex data into clear insights through advanced reporting and building robust data models, you will have exposure to working with Microsoft Power Platform tools. As our business transitions from traditional SQL Server/SSAS infrastructure to Microsoft Fabric, there is a unique opportunity for you to influence an evolving analytics landscape while developing your own expertise. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000, plus benefits.
