Responsibilities
- As a Senior Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of new AI solutions, such as custom GPTs and chatbots.
- You will drive automation initiatives to improve business process efficiency.
- Extracting better commercial insights from various data sources to inform decision-making will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will mentor new team members, take ownership of projects, and implement best practices within the team.
Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly established Technology and Innovation function at a successful Financial Advisory firm in London. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our Central London office to collaborate with your team and the wider business. We're embarking on a company-wide digital transformation program and need a skilled Developer to help us become a tech-driven and data-driven organization. Our tech stack is largely Microsoft-focused, utilizing Azure and Power Platform, alongside Oracle databases, with a willingness to explore emerging technologies. We offer a salary of up to £100,000 depending on experience, along with a bonus of up to 20-30%. Please note that this is a permanent role for UK residents only, and it does not offer sponsorship. You must have the right to work in the UK with no restrictions. Some roles may require background checks, including DBS and Credit Check.
