Requirements
Must:
- Solid track record of iOS and Android development, working with C++, Java/Kotlin, Swift, and Objective-C.
- Proficiency in Flutter and Android Studio, as well as TypeScript for cross-compatible feature development.
- Good knowledge of UX/UI, object-oriented programming, and a strong understanding of software engineering, including data structures and algorithms.
- A demonstrable record of leading a software engineering team or function.
- A passion for mobile development, ideally reflected through personal projects or by staying updated with the latest trends in the industry.
- Ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills and technologies as they evolve.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working on core mobile applications that sit at the heart of our mission to improve people's quality of life. You will take on the role of a technical leader and hands-on figurehead, becoming the go-to expert for all things mobile development, vendor management, and embedding best practices. Additionally, you'll be responsible for mentoring and coaching other technical staff, improving our team’s function from within.
