Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in web and/or mobile development, especially with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Ionic. You should demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces. Strong collaborative skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with UX designers and fellow engineers. A thorough understanding of coding standards, clean code methodologies, and testing best practices is expected. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a proactive approach to team engagement are also necessary.
Responsibilities
As a highly skilled Web / Mobile Developer at Quilter, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert to ensure the delivery of pixel-perfect applications that provide exemplary user experiences. You will implement responsive, high-quality web and mobile user experiences using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and the Ionic framework. Collaborating closely with UX designers, you will translate wireframes into refined, production-ready solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive component documentation using Storybook, building and supporting cross-platform features with the Ionic framework, and producing clean, maintainable code according to established team standards. Additionally, you will develop and uphold robust test coverage for all code bases, participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and engage fully as a member of agile teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
