Requirements
Must:
I need someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally as a Blue Yonder WMS Implementation Specialist, focusing on both utilization and implementation. You should be comfortable with data analytics, data manipulation, and reporting; experience with Power BI and/or Azure is a plus. A solid understanding of the Blue Yonder system and its various modules, including time management and stock management, is essential. Previous experience within the logistics distribution and supply chain sector, or in similar fields such as retail or manufacturing, is also required.
Responsibilities
As the Blue Yonder WMS Implementation Specialist, I expect you to establish strong relationships and partner with key stakeholders across multiple UK sites to understand their demands and challenges. You will conduct a needs analysis of the current WMS processes and develop a robust system strategy to ensure all elements are fit for purpose. You will manage system configuration from scratch, set up new clients, and create new instances. Additionally, you will conceive and manage projects related to system capability and data processing to ensure objectives align with our business strategy. You will oversee the implementation of various systems, including WMS, TMS, and OMS, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal utilization. A focus on automation, AI, and innovative approaches is crucial. You will also serve as the point of contact for all queries and challenges, utilizing feedback to implement process improvements and deliver technical training.
