Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in full stack development.
- Strong experience with both front-end (React/JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end (Java, Spring Boot) technologies.
- Proven experience designing, building, and testing end-to-end web applications.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and query performance (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Exposure to DevOps and containerisation tools (e.g., Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Ability to work confidently in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- British Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. Applicants must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test full stack software in a secure, client-focused environment.

Description
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, along with a discretionary bonus of up to 20%. Our working model includes hybrid working arrangements, with 2-3 days onsite in Milton Keynes each week.
