Requirements
Must:
- 3 years of professional software engineering experience (backend, DevOps, or full stack).
- Proficiency in Python, with experience building ML-oriented solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Hands-on DevOps experience (CI/CD, version control).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms, ideally Azure.
- Strong SQL & NoSQL experience (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Postgres).
- Right to work in the UK – must already be UK-based with valid work authorization.
Responsibilities
- Own Product-Facing AI Solutions: Build and enhance AI-driven features within our product.
- Develop ML Models: Collaborate on research, training, optimization, and deployment of ML models across the platform.
- Design & Develop Scalable Systems: Contribute to backend and full-stack development, focusing on robust APIs and efficient data flows.
- Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL systems (Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB) to design, optimize, and maintain data storage.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, streamline deployments, and ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.
- Data Engineering: Design and execute pipelines to support analytics and product enhancements.
