Requirements
Must:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical end users.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating effective interpersonal abilities.
- An intuitive and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- A team-oriented mindset, capable of working well both with immediate colleagues and the wider team, as well as independently.
- A confident and proactive attitude towards furthering technical knowledge and sharing this knowledge with team members.
- A positive attitude, consistently striving for excellence.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new technologies and integrations.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Proficiency in Windows desktop support.
- Knowledge of Windows server support.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will work from our office in Peterborough, responding to a variety of customer queries via telephone and email. I will help ensure that our customers receive the IT support and advice they need to optimize their technology usage.
