Requirements
Must:
- Experience supporting Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
- Strong background in AV hardware setup and support, including displays, cameras, microphones, and conferencing tools.
- Comfortable working with employees of all levels, including executives.
- Great troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems (a bonus, not required).
- Strong customer service mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on and remote support for Zoom, Slack, and AV meeting room equipment (displays, microphones, video conferencing systems, etc.).
- Troubleshoot connectivity, audio/video issues, and hardware setup for internal meetings and town halls.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure collaboration tools are properly configured and maintained.
- Respond to support requests, incidents, and questions from staff across the business.
- Set up and support AV needs for internal events, board meetings, and executive presentations.
- Maintain and document technical processes and procedures.
- (Nice to have) Work within a ServiceNow environment to manage tickets and track issues.
