Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of requirement scoping and clarifications.
- Experience in preparing solution proposals and participating in technical design.
- Familiarity with aligning solutions with architectural frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Architects, IT teams, and other subject matter experts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Responsibilities
- I will review requirements and provide inputs to Business Analysts in capturing those requirements.
- I will participate in the technical design phase and prepare solution proposals for the Cards work stream.
- I will work closely with the Cards Architect and other domain Architects to ensure that the Cards solution aligns with the overall architecture framework.
- I will coordinate with various solution analysts and SMEs, including teams from retail product IT applications, Infrastructure, Data, Digital, Risk, Security, and Software, to align the proposed solutions.
- I will take ownership of the Cards solution and act as a solution funnel to discuss with the involved IT teams.
- I will plan and create solution proposals, including sequence diagrams, and maintain an interface tracker to address business requirements while ensuring compliance with the agreed architecture.

We are seeking several Solution Analysts to join our team on an initial six-month contract, working in a hybrid model from our locations in either Sheffield or Birmingham.
