Requirements
Must:
- I require expertise in web development including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/GLIDE, jQuery, and Angular.
- I seek a proven ability to configure and extend ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet business needs.
- Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems is essential.
- You should have demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow products/modules, such as GRC, IRM, or Integration Hub.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to create rational and scalable technological designs from functional specifications/user stories, ensuring alignment with design principles agreed upon with stakeholders.
- Your role will involve creating new ServiceNow procedures and workflows.
- You will be responsible for creating unique service portal pages and widgets to enhance business capabilities.
- I would like you to review and walk through the code of junior team members to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
- Overseeing the development and deployment of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Additionally, you will create thorough and organized unit test and regression test plans and suites.
