Requirements
Must:
- Must have experience in independently implementing LAN networks and infrastructure patching according to design specifications, as well as resolving related issues.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and costs within your scope of responsibility.
- Must provide workarounds or fixes in a timely manner.
- Candidates with a high-level security clearance, or those who have held one in the past, are highly encouraged to apply. Please note that successful applicants will need to be security cleared prior to appointment, which may take a minimum of 10 weeks.
Responsibilities
- As a part of our agile team, your role will involve providing complex technical support activities during project deployments, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.
- You will advise project Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- You will manage the technical implementation of medium to large infrastructures within specified timescales while identifying potential risks.
- Within larger projects, you will work within the technical framework to meet customer requirements.
- You will be responsible for managing systems within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), proposing improvements, and implementing changes as necessary.
- You will take ownership of diagnosing and resolving problems and will engage with third parties to collaboratively address complex product issues.
