Must:
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Specialist with strong functional expertise and some technical skills. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Oracle HCM systems, particularly in HR functions such as Oracle HRMS, Oracle SSHR, Oracle Workflow, OLM, Oracle BI, and SQL. We need someone with problem-solving, investigative, and analytical skills, along with experience working within an application support team. Familiarity with querying, manipulating, and configuring SQL is essential, as is knowledge of a help desk system for managing service requests, incidents, and problems. You must be able to respond to users within set service level agreements (SLAs) and operating level agreements (OLAs) and establish good working relationships with clients and project teams. Excellent customer communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary, as well as the ability to provide sensitive answers or solutions to issues when required. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, are also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily work in a functional capacity, utilizing your Oracle HCM expertise to support our HR function. You will be responsible for addressing user service requests according to established SLAs and OLAs, maintaining effective communication with clients and project teams, and ensuring that all incidents are managed efficiently. Your problem-solving skills will be key as you investigate and analyze issues that arise, and you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and share your knowledge.
Description
This is a hybrid position with two days per week required on-site in Warwick. Please note that this role is inside IR35 and will require working through an FCSA accredited umbrella company.
