Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a skilled C++ developer with a strong background in Linux systems. You should have proven experience in C++ software development, a solid understanding of IoT architectures and data protocols (such as MQTT and CoAP), and familiarity with low-level system debugging, hardware interfaces, and build systems. A strong grasp of networking, security, and performance in embedded systems is essential. Additionally, a degree in a related subject, such as computer science, is required. Experience with real-time systems or bare metal development, exposure to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines in embedded environments, and proficiency with version control systems (like Git) and Agile workflows would be considered desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and implement robust software solutions in C++ for Linux platforms. You'll develop and maintain client applications for real-time device connectivity and management and integrate software with custom hardware and networked IoT systems. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with hardware, firmware, and cloud teams to ensure seamless interoperability. You will also take ownership of technical decisions and have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers when necessary.
