Requirements

Must:
- A degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar). - At least 3 years of proven experience in leading robotics, mechatronics, or automation projects. - Advanced expertise in CAD and simulation tools such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, or ROS, with the ability to guide teams in best practice. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of balancing technical details with big-picture project goals. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at bringing multidisciplinary teams and clients together to deliver results. - A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and has a record of driving projects from concept to successful delivery.
