We seek a Lead Software Engineer with a solid academic background and extensive hands-on experience in embedded software development using C/C++. Candidates should possess knowledge of bare metal and RTOS environments, have experience with DSP, and demonstrate proven line management experience with small teams (approximately 3-7 people). A strong understanding of electronics and the integration of embedded software with hardware is essential. We value diverse career experiences across several industries and require applicants to be familiar with the commercial and delivery pressures typical in a consultancy environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily engage in hands-on technical delivery, dedicating 80% of your time to engineering work. You will also provide line management for a small team, support project planning, and help shape our software processes and technology roadmap. Your projects will span a wide range of applications, from embedded systems for radar and sensing technologies to advanced communication systems.
