Requirements
Must:
- I have proven experience in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Workforce Planning.
- I possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age), DDaT (Digital, Data and Technology), or similar skills/capability frameworks.
- I am comfortable working with complex information and translating it into practical tools and guidance.
- I have an analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategic decisions.
- I demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- I have experience working on digital or transformation programmes, which is desirable.
Responsibilities
- I will design, implement, and maintain our internal skills and capability frameworks, aligning them with industry standards (e.g., SFIA, DDaT).
- I will conduct skills gap analyses across business areas and support the design of strategies to address them.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, L&D, Digital, and Business Units to ensure frameworks are embedded in recruitment, development, and career pathways.
- I will analyse and interpret workforce data to inform future skills planning and capability initiatives.
- I will provide guidance and training to teams on the use and benefits of skills frameworks.
- I will support broader workforce planning and transformation programmes by integrating capability frameworks into strategic planning.

I am looking for a Skills Framework Analyst to join our client and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the UK Tech landscape. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR or L&D professional to influence how we define, develop, and embed critical capabilities for the future. The salary for this position ranges from £45,000 to £55,000.
