We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree (2:1 or above) in a STEM subject (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics). Other graduates with a strong interest in technology and customer-facing experience will also be considered. It’s essential to have a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in technology. We value strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer service. Proficiency in IT and a technical curiosity are crucial, along with confidence in managing complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate IT Engineer, I will expect you to deliver exceptional technical support from the first contact through to resolution. You will configure and provision cloud-based communication services while managing telephony and digital communication infrastructure for our enterprise clients. Handling multiple concurrent provisioning projects effectively is key, as well as tracking progress to ensure technical tasks are completed efficiently. You will be required to prepare and execute test plans for storm® cloud services, adapting them to meet specific customer needs. Communication and collaboration with Project Managers and internal teams is critical to ensure timely delivery, and you will need to communicate clearly without technical jargon. Additionally, you'll interpret customer orders and resolve any account or order-related queries.
